Mama Wang’s Kitchen is on a mission to serve up fresh Chinese food inspired by recipes and traditions from all over China. We are committed to using locally sourced produce and high quality Chinese ingredients, including homemade sauces and preserves.
Our current street food menu comes straight out of Xi’an, capital of Shaanxi province. There’s our take on the Chinese street sandwich roujiamo – a.k.a. ‘The Mo’ – and our very own hand-pulled biang biang noodles. All our supper clubs and events aim to offer a unique experience, with carefully designed menus linked to different regions and cultures of China.
Follow us on Facebook and Twitter (@mamawangs) for our latest schedule and upcoming events. Keep up with our blog for original recipes and general Chinese food musings. And sign up for news on our supper clubs and cookery classes by getting in touch with us here or subscribing to our mailing list on the right. We’re hosting “Terracotta Nights” supper club on Catford Broadway on May 16th from 6:30pm-9:30pm, and places are limited so don’t forget to book asap. We’ll also be hosting a pop up restaurant for one night only at the Dead Dolls Club on Tuesday, May 21st from 6pm-11pm. Email us at Contact@mamawangskitchen.com to book seats.
